FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need my pet's shot records?

We do NOT require your pet’s shot records but we HIGHLY advise that your pet has all his/her’s shots up-to-date. OR Yes - Animal Kingdom requires your pet's shot records.
Do we work with aggressive dogs?

We always try our best to work with what we have and try to leave the best results, but always remember health comes first over beauty, and most of the time, dogs that are aggressive and/or nervous become really complicated to work on, so trying to force something done on them isn’t the best option. It could get to a point where we have to return the dog back to its owner and explain the situation thoroughly to the owner to not stress or harm the dog in any way. OR No - Animal Kingdom does NOT work with aggressive dogs under any circumstances.
Why can't I stay during my pets groom?

We work with very sharp equipment and we have to be extremely careful with how we handle your pet and our equipment. And unfortunately, 99% of dogs start getting impatient and become protective and defensive if they see or hear their owner, and thus the grooming process becomes dangerous and stressful to both the groomer and your pet.

Do you use drying cages?

We have a strict no-drying cages policy. All pooches are finished by hand by our experienced stylists. We choose this for the safety and well-being of our canine clients, and while this increases the treatment time we refuse to compromise by operating equipment and practices used by other groomers. OR Yes and explain.
What if I cannot pick my pet up from the Spa after its grooming treatment?

YES, or NO and Explain the pick-up policy.
Can I stay and watch while you groom my pet?
As your dog loves you very much it will wiggle and move around trying to get close to you which is not safe while we are grooming. Also please feel free to give us a call any time during the treatment to find out how your fur friend is doing.
