At Animal Kingdom Groomers, we are dedicated to providing the best possible grooming experience for you and your furry friend. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, we have the following policies in place:

• Appointments are required for all grooming services. You can book an appointment online or by calling us at (702) 914-9331.

• We recommend booking your appointment at least one week in advance to secure your desired date and time.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please call us to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that is aggressive or poses a risk to our staff or other pets. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your appointment for another time.

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
